Micah White, CFA
I believe our greatest opportunities for growth often emerge from life’s most difficult moments. Over the past 20 years, I’ve seen how conflict, whether internal or external, can serve as a powerful catalyst for transformation. My own journey began in entrepreneurship and business management and ultimately led me into consulting and the study of conflict.
Today, my mission is to help organizations and individuals, including leaders, business owners, and teams, embrace conflict as a pathway to creativity, problem solving, and meaningful change. My approach is grounded in a collaborative process of building awareness, thoughtful assessment, and planning out the right actions to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Clients turn to me during times of transition, whether navigating professional challenges, relational tensions, or the complexities of the modern work environment. I support them in setting meaningful goals, preparing for difficult conversations, and building dynamic systems that foster innovation and resilience.
My background includes an MA in Conflict Management and a BBA in Finance. I am a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Mediator and have earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Alongside these credentials, I bring lived experience in business and leadership, as well as the perspective of a father and husband. These diverse lenses allow me to meet clients where they are, whether facing interpersonal struggles or organizational complexities.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: conflict is not something to fear, but something to harness. When we lean into it with openness and courage, we uncover the path of transformation, connection, and growth.
